Not on my watch. I make your time work for you. My teaching style gives you complete control to unlock the true power and grace that lies within your body at your own pace.
Classes are designed to:
Work with any level of experience.
Address posture and body mechanics.
Minimize impact to your joints (and living space).
Feel easy to follow, with no time limits or pressure
to perform beyond your comfort level.
Be totally modifiable for your individual needs.
Fit into any living space, with minimal equipment.
Safely build serious strength.
All you need is a mat, a towel or pillow, and yourself to begin! (Feel free to bring other fitness equipment for an additional challenge.)

Due to the financial impact of the COVID crisis, classes are pay-what-you-can via Venmo (@Natasha-Nesic-1) or Zelle () and your first class is always on the house.

Lots of core work and surprising challenges, easily scaled and accessible for all levels. Minimal equipment, if any.
