Not on my watch. If you make time for yourself, I make time work for you. My teaching style gives you complete control to unlock the true power and grace that lies within your body at your own pace.
Classes are designed to:
Work with any level of experience.
Addressing posture and body mechanics.
Minimize impact to your joints or living space.
Feel easy to follow, with no time limits or pressure
to perform beyond your capabilities. (Remember that next time, you'll be even better!)
Be totally modifiable according to your personal needs.
Fit into any tight space with minimal equipment.
Safely build serious strength.
All you need is a mat, a towel or pillow, and yourself to begin!
Feel free to bring other fitness equipment, as we can incorporate them into the workout for an additional challenge if you wish.

Due to the financial impact of the COVID crisis, classes are pay-what-you-can via Venmo or Zelle () and your first class is on the house.
