Lesson one: how to plank! 


Try spreading your feet as wide as your shoulders, or a little wider if you have weak knees. Your legs, obliques, and overall balance will thank you for it.

Have you ever limped out of a group fitness class, and felt like you wasted an hour without learning anything?

WLF Zoom classes are designed for:

  • Any level of experience or athletic ability.

  • Improving posture and body mechanics with minimal impact. (Both to your joints and furniture!)

  • Peace of mind to perform only at your pace and comfort level. 

  • Easy modification for individual needs, equipment, and living space.

  • Safely building serious strength.

All you need is a mat, a towel or pillow, and yourself to begin!

Sign up with and please include any specific needs you might have as an attendee (previous injuries, medical conditions, etc.). I will then send you the ZOOM invite and password to the meeting room.

Due to the financial impact of the COVID crisis, classes are pay-what-you-can via Venmo (@Natasha-Nesic-1) or Zelle ( and your first class is always on the house.
